Welcome to Spiritual Fitness World, your road Home, a place where you can address the spiritual, physical and emotional aspects of yourself in a holistic manner.  "Home" is you, the greater you, the one you have always longed to be!  The you that knows and  trusts that the sum of your eternal being is so much greater than its parts.  

The paradigm of duality is no longer working for our planet.  More and more of us are coming to the realization that we are indeed all One and that there is no separation.  The "parts" we see are literally a figment of our imagination.  Now is the time to embrace and begin practicing this concept of Oneness.   And what better place to start than with ourselves?  It is time to understand, know and experience, from the depths of our being, that we are not separate bits of health, relationship, spirituality, fitness, intellect.  It is all the same.  One can not help but inform the other.

BODY FENG SHUI:  THE ART OF PLACEMENT.  True freedom is the ability to step out of the tight little box of limitation our habitual energy patterns have kept us locked into.  Learn simple yet profound ways to move your energy to new parts of the body.  This in turn creates subtle postural shifts, thereby altering your perceptions and life experiences. 

Join me in the Central Coast of CA on Saturday 2/27 from 3 to 6 p.m.  for an intro to this exciting work!  Location is on Traffic Way in Atascadero at the North County Pilates Studio.  Cost is $40.  Contact me for further info.

• Standing Up Straight:  Isn't that what teachers and parents used to tell us (and perhaps we now say this to our kids)?  Learn to identify unique personality traits and belief systems of ourselves and others by understanding what our body postures tell us.  The body doesn't lie.
