The paradigm of duality is no longer working for our planet.  More and more of us are coming to the realization that we are indeed all One and that there is no separation.  The "parts" we see are literally a figment of our imagination.  Now is the time to embrace and begin practicing this concept of Oneness.   And what better place to start than with ourselves?  It is time to understand, know and experience, from the depths of our being, that we are not separate bits of health, relationship, spirituality, fitness, intellect.  It is all the same.  One can not help but inform the other.

• Living With Heart Open.  We often hear about opening our heart, or living a heart-based life, but what exactly does that mean and, more importantly, how exactly do we do that?  This workshop will teach participants how to move their energy and awareness to the heart, but more importantly, how to keep it there.  Practices on staying open yet remaining safe and intact; practicing how to physically move from that space.
